BRITTANY COMMONS

Brittany Commons is a 138 unit condominium project completed in a suburb of Akron, OH in 2018, targeting the mid-level market. Our team performed all of the work, from acquisition to development to hard construction to in-house sales staff.

BRIDGEWATER PARK

Bridgewater Park is located in Stow, OH, and consists of 180 Class A rental units, plus extensive retail and out lot development. Work was completed in 2004. We provided all of the development and in house construction, and the community is still in our portfolio.

FIRESTONE TRACE

Firestone Trace is a 147 lot luxury subdivision in Bath, OH that we completed in 2017. All of the acquisition, zoning, subdividing, hard construction (of the lots) and sales were done in-house. We also built several custom homes in the community. For this project, we built an on-site water production facility as well as a wastewater treatment plant.

HUNTERS LAKE

Hunters Lake is a Class A 404 unit apartment community located Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We completed development in 1991, and it remains in our portfolio today.

PLANTATION OAKS

Plantation Oaks is a 147 unit apartment community located in Savannah, GA. We built the first phase of the development in 1987, and completed a 27 unit addition in 2017. The community is still in our portfolio.
